The staff was so caring and Dr. Jones made me feel like a real person. Very friendly and attentive. He explained everything clearly so I felt confident in making the best choices towards better dental care. Im actually not afraid for my next visit. Big shout out to his whole office team.

5 /5 Lexy Lieurance: I have been going to Dr. Jones for 4 years. The staff are friendly, professional & informative. Written cost approximations have always been provided. And following major dental work, they called me the next day to see how I was. The offices are clean & the hygienist have excelled at making routine cleanings & Xrays comfortable. I choose to come to their convenient location just off of the I-90 exit from where ever I am at in central WA because their services are worth it. Thank you Dr Jones & staff for helping me keep a healthy smile.

1 /5 Troy White: Front desk person is not personable. I thought that since I was a veteran they would be taking good care of me, but that wasnt the case. I was charged out of pocket for almost half the expense and they were not timely with getting me into the appointment. The reason I chose to give them only one star because Im getting sued because of these guys. You might give them a terrible review too if you were being sued. oh and my teeth... has discoloration where they did the procedure and they are not smooth compared to another cap Ive had work on. There are many other dental offices in Moses Lake and I highly recommend going elsewhere. These guys have done me wrong and I hope that Karma comes back their way and sues them.

1 /5 Don Valich: Dr. Jones is the worst dentist in the history of mankind. Be forewarned: he is a thief and a crook and will try to take your money any way that he can. I needed a simple filling, estimate at about $80, but by the time I left he was trying to steal my teeth, costing me well over $500. And trying to argue with him or his sidekick secretary-office manager-wife Cathryn is literally like pulling teeth! The experience was a real true-to-life horror story!
