5 /5 Anne Braaten: Reading through the comments I feel compelled to give my own. I have been a member of BLC for many years, during most of which it was said we "welcome everyone". We didnt. We were an exclusive club, as are so many churches. This included anyone not like *us*, anyone of whom any one of *us* disapproved. It wasnt that the members were "bad". But you had to conform to rules to be welcomed by all. Once the doors were really opened to EVERYone, the warmth and power of the Grace Jesus taught and gave to *all* have really blossomed. The inclusivity Jesus taught was that of taking into His arms the disenfranchised as well as those of us who arent. We grow in number not only because we do too; its because we grow in love and spirit for accepting and reaching out with the wholeness of the Grace of God.
