3 /5 Nathan Ossiander: Dr. Womack is a great oral surgeon, however it seems like the sole reason his office staff exist is to piss you off. Ive been treated very rudely on the phone by the old woman with the red hair many times, cant bother remembering her name. Furthermore, they sent my prescription to the wrong location 3 TIMES on a Friday, so I couldnt pick it up until Monday. The pain was hell. Then called my Monday morning saying the pharmacy had it on Friday (blaming it on me). They didnt have it! I was there Friday at 8:00pm no prescription to be had. Overall, incredibly skilled surgeon, but incredible lack of customer service and follow-up care.

1 /5 Camila Arrate: Had a good experience with the care team. The doctor and staff were kind. They surprised me with an $800 deposit due at the time that I sat in the OR after my vitals were already taken and check-in was complete. They mentioned nothing when I checked in or at the confirmation of my appointment on Monday. And mind you they have a 15% charge if you miss your appointment. So if you couldnt pay what happens? I didnt have 800 dollars I wasnt even aware it was due until after I was getting prepped for the procedure and the x-ray had already been done. I asked if I can put 200 for now. They made an exception but it just felt really weird and messed up. Thats all I had for the next two weeks. I was scared. Usually its courteous to give a rough estimate before the appointment so one comes prepared. This is with insurance so they were attempting to charge me based on my policy coverage prior to billing occurring. They also didnt offer me any options prior for the wisdom teeth removal whether it be local or IV sedation. It was just a charge list that they handed to me without offering any options. They also didnt talk about any changes that are possible for the sedation process which is the pricey area. Make sure you guys advocate for yourselves and make informed decisions before you walk into any office. Make sure to call and inquire about patient responsibility too so you come prepared for your appointment or have to reschedule. This is something they really need to work on and Im really disappointed. But Ill end on a positive note, doctor called me in the evening to check on me. Office was responsive when I told them about my stitches coming out. They gave great after care instructions and provided appropriate pain management.

4 /5 Aleix Noelle: Got my wisdom teeth out yesterday and today Im honestly feeling totally fine. Tiny bit sore, but have only managed with Tylenol as well for pain and Im amazed at how much it isnt really bothering me. Ive seen reviews here for how nice and smooth the procedure went and Id have to agree. Only giving 4 star review because while I was waiting to be put out for surgery, the nurses seemed to be having some kind of workplace drama and were kinda nerve racking, the conversation they had felt comfortable having. But all in all, procedure wise this doctor knows what hes doing and I appreciate it. Would recommend to anybody else.

5 /5 Olivia Brown: I recently had oral surgery with Dr. Womack and his staff and was so pleased with everything. The office was very professional and Dr. Womack was the same and very caring as well. Previously, my husband also had oral surgery with Dr. Womack and I was similarly impressed. Their follow up care is also great. They are talented with scheduling too, which I would think is a really tough thing with oral surgeries, follow-ups, consults, etc. I highly recommend them!

5 /5 Hillary A: Dr Womack and staff were the best! They knew I was super nervous and made the whole procedure feel like magic. No sutures and no bruising. Day 3 of recovery was the roughest for me as I’m prone to migraines and was triggered into one but otherwise I’m doing great. I only needed my curcumin phytosome supplement for pain. 10/10 not fun; however, I couldn’t have found a better team… and I should know because I searched a 300 mile radius for the best!
