5 /5 Sheena Tadikonda: We were driving home to gig harbor on I-5N and the car plate on the bottom of our car fell down and was dragging, probably would have caught on fire if we kept driving. We walked in without appointment and the mechanic fixed the plate on our car for free. Excellent service....we are very impressed by their prompt service and are very thankful we found them. Otherwise we would have been stranded for hours and probably would have to pay a lot of money. Thank you for everything!

5 /5 Summer Comte: I first took my 4Runner in a few weeks ago for an oil change, tire rotation, and to explore the idea of new tires. I was given a same day appointment which I did not expect but was very pleased with this. During the inspection that was included, they discovered my rear brakes needed replaced. I brought my 4Runner back recently to have this done, they completed my brakes and changed out my fluids as this service needed done as well. The communication was superb, especially from Brianne, who I had worked with the most during my appointment times. I’m very pleased with my experience with Castle Rock Auto Care and would recommend them for your vehicle services.
