5 /5 Caila Whorton: So many great things to say. Number one, I’m not one to leave reviews. Number two, I just flew into Seattle and got to my car, not even ten minutes later my alternator was toast. We happened to be right down the road from them, and we called them. A real great guy came by and jumped us, got us down to the shop and he took his time to see if I had a warranty on my last replaced alternator so I didn’t have to pay full price. He got us in and out in less than an hour. Next time I’m in Seattle, if I have an issue with my car I’m calling these people. Absolutely great, seriously recommend. While they were working on my car I walked to McDonald’s down the road, if I could leave ten stars I would. Thank you guys!!!

5 /5 Michael Hesse: Caesar is the man! I popped the tire on I-5 heading south around tukwila and he was able to get somebody out to help me break the lug nuts in less than 35 minutes. The employee he sent out was super professional and had all the tools for the job. I would highly recommend to anybody in the area and if youre not he might make a trip, I dont know. 5 /5 Jessica C: It was 4pm and I called Ceaser to go assist my daughter who was broke down, as I live 4 hours away, and he was there in 3 minutes, diagnosed the bad altinator and replaced it very quickly and had my daughter back on the road. So thankful for his quick reaction and professional manner. I would rate 10 stars if I could!!

goarmyderbycar 9-11: took my vehicle there due to a failing clutch they said it wasnt the clutch...so even though I told them it was they tried to sell me other services instead of doing the work I asked for. took my vehicle to another shop and infact the clutch had failed and needed replaced as I originally stated... keep your money the place is in a bad area and even though that have a wall with certificates there knowledge was not great... if the shop I worked in would allow employees to do their own vehicles I wouldnt have had to try to take it to this place. I am a mechanic at my shop.. just no where to do the work.. this shop tried to charge me knowing I only wanted a clutch put in that was under warrenty they just d8dnt want to do the work or wasnt sure how to. best advice stay away from this shop!!! they tried to charge me 1500 for labor to do the clutch when I just paid 1500 to have a nee clutch put in... and I paid for parts and labor... so they tried to charge more then what it cost to begin with. this place is absolutel garbage

Jamie Voros: Booked me in for services they couldn’t do (I wanted an oil change and repeat low tyre pressure diagnosis and fix). Turns out they don’t do tyres at all. Lied and said they at least checked my tyre pressure and claimed all my tyres were appropriately inflated. I’d checked the pressure prior and they were absolutely NOT appropriately inflated when I dropped the car off. Driving around with tyres that are not inflated to manufacturer’s specification is unsafe. I have no idea why these people chose to tell a lie that could have put a customer at risk. Imagine if I hadn’t checked my own tyre pressure and continued without re-inflating my tyres myself! They also upsold me on unnecessary brake work (I drive a Prius). Hugely dishonest mechanic that will not only rip you off but will also lie to you in ways that put you at risk.

They were great, friendly, respectful, diagnosed my car quickly, and had my car fixed the following evening. My bill was also reasonable and the same amount I was quoted when I dropped the car off. All around a great service, I will be coming back for any future car needs. If you need even further endorsement: I told my dad everything about the experience, the issue, and the cost.
