1 /5 Lawrence Nixon: I’m giving you one star, but if I could give you zero stars I would. This poor review I’m sharing with you is because of the complete lack of customer service and the very poor workmanship of the repair that I wanted done. This is in addition to the lack of respect from everyone involved with this transaction. I left my 2004 GMC truck overnight to have two repairs completed. The first item was a section from the vent duct under the dash fell off and became trapped behind the brake pedal. This part that fell off was a result of poor workmanship of a $6k repair I had done last year but was not repaired correctly. The second item was to reattach the edge of the headliner fabric that was falling down on the passenger side. This item was not fixed at all, and I was the one to discover that your shop failed to fix it. In addition, when I called to check to see if my truck was ready for pick up, I was not informed that this item was not fixed. I was told that my truck was ready for pick up. When I went to leave your shop, I discovered the headliner was in worse condition than when I brought it in. I had to track down all the people involved to hear a lame excuse as to why it was not repaired and when I told them I was unhappy with the work and that I didn’t appreciate the fact that I had to discover this incomplete repair your staff just looked at me like I was crazy. This very poor example of customer service is what has me looking for a new auto shop for future repairs because I can no longer trust that work will be completed safely and that you can’t be honest with me.
