North End Salon & Spa - Tacoma Stasha Moreno: This was a recommendation from my sisters in law who both see the owner. I started seeing the other person in the salon Shantee, and I have had such good experiences! I haven’t had my hair dyed for 15 years and she did such a great job doing what I wanted. I was so nervous, and I couldn’t be happier with my hair! I keep coming back. I get so many compliments on my hair, and I love how she cut my hair too. The balayage makes a huge difference. I will recommend this hair salon to everyone! And I have to my friends. They are so nice, and I enjoy the small size, and personal feel of the salon.
