The head pastor and his wife took me in like their own and the Lord used them to change my life. Since then, I met my husband there. whom was an atheist until he came to this church and accepted Christ as his savior. We now have two children together and have been going to Longview consistently since before we both got married. They are so family friendly and it’s a church full of some of the Most loving and welcoming people I’ve ever met. Im thankful to the Lord daily for this church and the impact they have had on my life. If you’re looking for a Godly and loving church to raise your children in, this is the church you want to go to!

I can see where one would be intimated a little bit maybe; being its large and the people here are close knit, and been here a long time...but believe me, they want you to have that too! I have gone to two worship services in Longview at Promise and they were so amazing and on fire that I actually considered moving to Longview a possibility (bc I am looking for a new home). If you live in Longview and youre looking for a church, do not hesitate to go to this one. The people are amazing and the pastoral staff are too! The worship will blow you away.
