I found Shanna originally because I got lashes for the first time with someone else who did not do them correctly (Tip: lashes should not take 20-30 mins to install and they shouldnt hurt to touch your eyes or burn). Shanna had to remove everything and start all over with a new set but it was sooo worth it. She takes her time to make sure its done right. She definitely knows what she is doing and is a joy to talk with. She books up quick so dont wait! You wont regret it :)
