Absolutely love their quality of work, the products they use and their personalities. Plus they play great music! Theyre only 2 of them - doing great work so they get booked fast. Definitely CALL in advance for an appointment, its worth it. I always call ahead to make reservation, and sometimes I get lucky and they have same day slot.
Pure Nail Lounge - Tacoma rachael meek: I have been trying to find a new nail place in Tacoma, and with all the high reviews I had high hopes for this place. The techs were very nice and my pedicure was great. But when you pay $105 for a basic pedi and dip nails I expected better quality. They also wanted to close early for Halloween and I felt rushed once finished and was not able to sit and let my toes dry. My nails are an absolute mess, specs of dust and black dots in them, color on tips of nails was filed down too much, uneven thickness and stuck to my skin. I will not be back.

Vinci nails Inc - Tacoma Nichole Womack: This was my first visit as this salon, as I was meeting up with a friend. The reviews in this place had me confident enough to book an appointment for us. I’m not sure who everyone else used but we were both extremely let down by the three ladies who did ours. The two ( I did not get their names) who did my pedicure and the dip on my nails need some more training at least. The atmosphere and the people working there are extremely nice, my review is based upon work only. Starting with my pedicure. I injured my big toe years ago which broke my nail dang near in half. The healing fused my skin in the middle so I get build up there easily. I told the pedicurist that she couldn’t clip that nail but file only. She filed every nail instead of clipping. When I inquired about it she then told me “ every nail is like this” pointing to my big toe. I then told her “ no you can clip the rest like normal “ I get my toes done every month, so I know it can be done. She responded “ your toes to small to work with clippers” I let it go after that. She left a lot of my previous color on my toes and just painted over them. Basically paid for my feet to be washed and painted. Now for my dip, I requested at the start for my nails to be soaking before I sat for my dip. I know some salons apparently like to grind everything off and my nail beds are sore after that. So I like to soak in the foil and acetone while I get my toes done so that all the dip powder slides off when it’s time. Not this time.. they foiled wrapped like normal, but she was in just a rush that she came back over several times removed the foil and filed away. Needless to say by the time I made it to her table I’m already upset over my toes and the fact that the didn’t listen on my nails I wanted dip with gel polish. She used colored dip. I had the gel polished picked out from my toes. She left jagged edges, dried dip powder in my nails, bubbles and grit from the powder being set, I’ve got uneven nails, my actual nail looks wavy and then I’ve got uneven application were she was trying to cover the side of my nail where she as well left old color and previous dip powder that she couldn’t get off. I had to do some of my own filing on the sides to just get my skin separated from my nail. I’ll never be back. Again, they were nice and the place was clean, but the quality I got left with was not worth the price I paid.

Christine you rocked the shit outta these nails!!!!!!! I looooove my nails so much!!!!! Can I now be your client????? She deserves a 20/5 stars…. She’s never been inconsistent….
Creative Nails & Spa - Tacoma Sierra Straub: Ive been here twice now and each time its been amazing! I get a gel manicure and they do a fantastic job. The gel polish is never thick or misshapen. I truly love my nails everytime I get them done here!

The music is good, the space is clean, comfortable, and cute- for the price it’s more than you could ask for. This is my new regular spot!
Unique Nails Tacoma - Tacoma Skylar Ramsdall: This is hands down the best and ONLY nail salon in Tacoma I use. Definitely call to book an appointment if you are in a rush! These ladies stay busy because they are absolutely amazing and take their time to perfect every little detail! Pictured are just a few of the crazy designs Ive asked them to do, and they have brought to life every single time! They take pride in their work, and I have never left dissatisfied! The price is fair for the service and quality of the nails. Thank you, Hannah, for always doing an amazing job and always being so positive and friendly! You and your crew are the best❤️

She’s so talented, attentive, and always makes sure my nails look perfect while staying healthy. Honestly, I trust anyone at Bella Proctor Salon to do a phenomenal job. They’re true professionals who create a welcoming and relaxing experience every time. I finally remembered to leave a review for them because their staff and management go above and beyond.
