5 /5 Anna Armstrong: Great experience. I made an appointment with Dr. Collins based on the positive reviews here and was not disappointed! The staff were all friendly and helpful, from the reception staff to the assistants and hygienist. Dr. Collins was thorough, quick, easy to talk to, and helpful in answering questions I had. Im very glad that I found this dental office for my dental care while living in Anacortes.

I am a nurse practitioner, and I have been impressed with the outstanding dental care that I have received by him for almost 4 years now. Dr. Collins is always patient, conscientious, personable and committed to providing exceptional, compassionate care. He takes great pride in his work and it is evident that he is passionate about providing the best possible care for his patients. His office is modern and always impeccably clean. His patient care equipment and systems are state of the art and I have always been treated like a VIP. My reputation as a nurse practitioner can be impacted by the providers that I choose to recommend to my patients. Without hesitation, I highly recommend Dr. Collins to my patients in search of quality dental care, and of course, my entire family is proud to have him as our dentist!

1 /5 Metanoia: I left from getting fillings done with a hole at my gumline on one of the teeth he filled. I took photos for proof and scheduled an appt for Dr Collins to see his mistake so I could schedule to have it fixed. At the appointment, he immediately walked in and said the hole had not been in my tooth when I left his office. When I showed proof that it was (I had taken photos within 48 hours of the appt), he then changed his story and said that he had told me it was there at the previous appointment. I figured that he was just rushed at the original appointment to do the fillings because he had tried to get 3 fillings done in a short window, but that he would be happy to fix his mistake. He was very rude and kept changing his story depending on what evidence I provided.

5 /5 Liza Michaelson: My Dentists Dentist! When my dentist of 25 years retired, he referred me to Dr. Charlie Collins. I feel fortunate that Charlie was willing to take on the big project of a complete overhaul of my teeth. I had no idea how much variety there is in dentists and dentistry. A project like mine requires intelligence,creativity, patience, and attention to minute detail. Charlie was able to recreate a whole set of teeth and have the bite match so perfectly that I dont even notice. And he did it all with a kind smile, and a gentle touch. I never had to wonder what was going on because he explained everything to me. I appreciate the ambiance in the office, everyone is cheerful and there is a strong team feeling. On the same note, Dr. Collins meets regularly to discuss projects with other specialists in the region, so both my orthodontist and periodontist were kept in the loop, and I was given streamlined care. I never imagined giving 5 stars to a dentist, but honestly if I could give 6 to Charlie Collins and his team, I would! Thank you Charlie!!

1 /5 Mama Leap: I found Dr. Collins to be unprofessional, I believe he did a poor job on my fillings. According to my current dentist it is likely Dr. Collins recommended unnecessary dental work. I had never had a cavity prior to coming to this practice. When my current dentist requested my dental file, Dr. Collins refused to forward the information. I was in pain for six months. I would not recommend this practice. I visited Dr. Charlie Collins in Anacortes, WA. I use a pen name to protect my privacy.
