Matt Dinsmore: We broke down in Colfax on our way to Lewiston from Spokane and ACJ was recommended by a number of people in the community and we werent disappointed. They diagnosed our condition quickly, worked extra hours to fix our problem to get us on our way (drove to Lewiston to get the right part), and even let us park our camper in the parking lot while they got our car fixed. Knowing I was out of town, John gave me a discount to the local hotel and pointed us in the right direction for a great place to stay while they worked on our vehicle. When I went to pick up our camper after our vehicle was fixed the next day 0730 (they open at 0900), I found that a vehicle was blocking our camper affecting our ability to hook up, and I was able to call John and was able to get the vehicle moved before they opened. I appreciate their home town service and certainly excel in customer service! Thanks!
Paul Brice: Took my car in to get regular maintenance done, fluids, etc. Part of the maintenance was a coolant flush. Picked up car and after a few miles the check engine light came on. The error code corresponded with my coolant system. Took it back to Frank and he did a back flush on the heater coil. Engine light still came on. Frank said he would research it and call me. That was 7 months ago and still no call. I took it to the dealer, they replaced the heater coil which fixed the problem but cost me $3000. South Bay Automotive is a total rip off. Cant even do a coolant flush correctly.
