1 /5 Mary Peters: The receptionist was very rude. Very unprofessional, I had to cancel my sons appointment due to how she approached me, and how she was asking questions. I truly understand when Im asked for information. Im more than happy to provide the needed information and to cooperate with any given protocols. But I didnt appreciate how I was approached and being asked. First thing this receptionist asked me was "did you go somewhere", with her tone and attitude being completely customer unattractive. She meant if I had gone to a different Dental. I replied yes! thinking to myself, did she just asked me that.First interaction can set the tone for what is coming next. Customer is what pays you!!
