After my check up and cleaning I discussed the possibility of an implant and was referred up to the Kent office. All encounters so far with the different employees in the two different offices has been very positive and I have nothing bad to say.

My life is very busy so I appreciate when they send out friendly reminder for upcoming routine cleaning. This place is very clean as well. Overall, always a great experience coming here. 1 /5 Mary Peters: The receptionist was very rude. Very unprofessional, I had to cancel my sons appointment due to how she approached me, and how she was asking questions. I truly understand when Im asked for information. Im more than happy to provide the needed information and to cooperate with any given protocols. But I didnt appreciate how I was approached and being asked. First thing this receptionist asked me was "did you go somewhere", with her tone and attitude being completely customer unattractive. She meant if I had gone to a different Dental. I replied yes! thinking to myself, did she just asked me that.First interaction can set the tone for what is coming next. Customer is what pays you!!

Great vibe, friendly staff, well organized and most importantly great dentistry. I am thrilled I found this practice. I am a new patient and I feel I would trust them with any procedure.
