5 /5 Rolinda Tubbs: Wenatchee Hospital treated my mom for heart disease over the years before her death. I was born with 2 heart defects and this hospital has a stress class for heart patients that just included me, her driver and daughter with SVT. They took great care of her the night she passed. My sister was hit hard. Mom was brain dead and poor Val had her phone and was singing the song I had written for Mama I call “My Cadillac Mama.”
Mom had dementia and we were the only,y ones with memories of our family in the 50’s and 60’s. I am afraid dementia has hit my siblings now. She is convinced they wrote the song together. When Mom was brain dead. Highly recommend Wenatchee Hospital. I had SVT events waiting for m9m in surgery and the nurses in the coffee line helped me get my meds off the floor where I dropped them. I highly appreciate the care they gave my parents and me through the years. Dad died there as well. Now, they are together once again. Daddy always called her his Cadillac Mama! She was classy and beautiful. Like a Cadillac! She actually came to me in my dream the night she died.i woke straight up in bed waking my husband who is going,”What???” I was crying and shaking and said,”My mom just died.” Teresa called me to tell me she had been declared brain dead. Now, I am afraid my sister has dementia. Because she didn’t write My Cadillac Mama while she was brain dead! She needs help now. Dementia is not a disease one can ignore.
Highly recommend this medical center and hospital. Death hits families hard. And I have a tribe for a family that is not easy to handle. Had to become a therapist and minister to survive my heart disease. And, I am still using the stress management trick this Medical Center taught me and my mom as heart disease patients. They truly do care. And somehow have survived my tribe of a family. Twice now!
