Jami Waters: I went to Jen for the first time yesterday for a full color and cut. I have heard great things about Black Lotus from past customers, so I was excited to give them a shot! When I arrived Jen was very sweet and professional, she sat down and really listened to what I was looking for in my new style. The salon was very cute, clean, and well maintained. I was super comfortable the whole time. The color and cut turned out amazing and I will definitely be going back! I highly recommend Jen at Black Lotus!

The quality of her work was better than what I received in Bellevue (I had come here to fix a botched haircut I got in Bellevue). Did not try to talk my ear off, seemed to be running everything by herself at the moment. Price was also competitive

I can’t say enough good things about these wonderful women, they truly care about taking care of you and helping you feel good. Catelyn and her staff make each experience personal and tailored to your needs, you will definitely feel pampered here. I highly recommend Ruth for any of your hair care needs, she been so compassionate and caring with my mom who is losing her hair due to chemo, she’s has helped tremendously and the support is priceless. I come to see Catelyn once a month and use any excuse to come back to see these amazing ladies! And the sleepy suite changed my life!
