They never push repairs that arent needed and their rates are very reasonable. They are quick to get you in and its easy to drop your car off before business hours. I have never left Cromwells thinking they might have taken advantage of your lack of car knowledge!! Overall as terrible as it is to need car work, they make it as painless as possible!

Although he appeared busy, he got us right in and surprised us with a quick fix that has lasted - and he didnt charge us! How wonderful of him to be so honest and generous and not take advantage of our assuming the worst. We now know where to go and enthusiastically recommend Cromwells to others.

5 /5 Chris Brown: My wife was alone in Grandview when our trusty newer Subaru acted up and was giving her trouble. Les Schwab recommended Tony Cromwell. He saw my wife right away. He could have told her anything and overcharged her. But he quicky found the simple problem, fixed it, then put the car on the scope. No charge and he treated my wife so kindly and fairly we plan to bring all 4 of our vehicles to him after this!

5 /5 C S: Amazing customer service and quick repair! We ran into car problems on our way across the state with our 7 week old baby! Tony and his wife were friendly and very accommodating. They ordered our part and Tony came into work on a Saturday just so we could get back to our vacation! Not to mention he had a car show to be at and he dropped our family off at the adorable local fair so we didn’t have to sit at the shop and wait. HE ALSO, beat a competitors pricing by almost 50% less than the other company quoted us! If we lived there- we would use Cromwell every time!

Al Mom: 3.5 I would say this is the best Subaru service in the valley but I always feel like I’m paying for things I didn’t ask for. Asked for an oil change and left the car. Got charged $60 extra dollars for filter replacement that I wasn’t asked if I wanted. Was quoted 700-750 for a service and ended up paying $200 more granted over half that was my “oil change”. Very frustrating when trying to stay on a budget.
