5 /5 Akira Nair: Such a great place for manicures and pedicures. I had wanted a quick manicure before heading off for a family reunion, and time was a bit tight. The service was some of the best Ive seen in tri-cities! The staff not only gave me some recommendations but also got me seated very fast. The quality of the polishes is also great. Def coming back! :)

2 /5 Caitlin McFarlane: I just watched her use the same nail clippers, cuticle cutters, nail file and more on me and the next person. She didnt sanitize a single thing! Most places Ive been to have sanitized packs they open for each person.

5 /5 delene brandt: ALL instruments are sterilized here. I have been having mani and pedi services here for years. Any claim that equipment is not sterilized is nonsense. Cathy does a great job, so does her husband. It’s a quiet relaxing place to go. I can often drop in and get my services right away. Really nice people.

1 /5 clay harris: Im a male from Mississippi here working. Since I work in construction I generally get a pedicure every few months for hygiene purposes. This is the first place I tried since its close to where Im staying. I dont know if its because Im a man or if this is the norm but it was absolutely terrible in comparison to what Im used to. The lady barely did anything effectively. She barely Exfoliated my feet Which is one of the main reasons I came. Left my nails jagged. Literally rushed through the whole process as if she was frustrated that I was even there... and she seemed just ready to go. There was not a single individual in there on a Saturday at peak times. That should have been my red flag but I was thrilled To be able to walk right in. Now I know why it was empty while the other two places I was going to go were packed. I usually dont post reviews unless im highly satisfied or gravely disappointed. Im sure you know which one I am with this place. Hopefully they were just having a bad day and just ready to go home.

1 /5 Francisca Vega: I went in for dip nails at 11am and walked out at 1pm. While I was there I was pawned off to all three nail techs working. I felt that I constantly had to wait on them to come back to me and assist me while also making others wait. The quality of service is poor and disappointing. I chose a color that was not what was displayed and when I told the tech she ignored me and kept doing her thing. By the time I walked out of the establishment I was frustrated. Save your money, time and energy and do not go here.
