5 /5 Millard Shires: Dr Gage and all his staff are incredible! I transferred around for a while the past 3 years after my other long term dentist retired...she was wonderful. The other dentists were a rough go...I had some work done, and some of it didnt go well, then the practice changed hands....long story short Dr Gage was taking some new patients and I am ecstatic to have found him! The staff are super friendly and helpful. The atmosphere is relaxed while being professional. I had some fillings done and it was quick, painless, impeccably done...no rough spots my tongue wanted to smooth out, no hitting upper row of teeth in the wrong alignment. I cant gush enough about this dental practice! If he is taking new patients, get signed up quick!

1 /5 S S: Here’s my draft review: This review is on Melissa, receptionist. Didn’t get to be seen by dentist which I’m disappointed with as his reviews are what brought me into the office in the first place. Melissa is in dire need of BASIC customer service training. Her rude tone, delivery and demeanor paired with her judgmental language is above and beyond. The unprofessionalism and ill fated lack of appropriate allocation of resources to timely action and detail is concerning. I plan to share my experience unsolicited with anyone who crosses my path for as long as necessary. Melissa has a great deal of difficulty actively listening and applying logic to achieving reasonable solutions. At some point Dr. Gage may realize that her behavior is negatively impacting his bottom line through mismanagement of appointment scheduling and frankly mistreatment of clients in need. I will not accept the treatment she chooses to so eagerly delve. It would behoove Dr. Gage to address this important matter known as Melissa with swift and strong assertiveness before more potential negative experiences begin to be posted and verbally circulated from more fully insured clients who opt to receive treatment elsewhere. Would be willing to attempt to receive treatment from Dr. Gage in the future depending on how Melissa is handled.

5 /5 Claire W: I have had a great experience with Dr. Gage. He is very friendly and outgoing and explains to me the process and my options. The staff is also very professional, helpful and friendly. They send texts to remind you of your upcoming appointment. They are able to work late hours which was great for my work schedule. I would definitely recommend Dr. Gage for anyone looking for a good dentist!

I see him and his staff every six months for my cleanings, from the moment I arrive I am treated like family by all employees. Warm welcome from the front desk and a hygienist who is engaging and a pleasure. Dr Gages office has earned my trust and my business for as long as I have teeth :) Thank you guys for making the dentist a place I look forward to visiting.
