1 /5 eluxa101: I took a vehicle here, and a one day job turned into a month with me having to make 3 trips from 2.5 hours away each time to pick my vehicle up all do get my truck back in worse shape than it came in. They had me pay for the job in advance $2000 then made up excuses that "their mechanics were quitting over this job" It took over 8 hours after getting my vehicle back to get everything hooked back up and fixed. Worst shop experience ever. Stay away

5 /5 Anna: On our way home from a trip down Hells Canyon of the Snake River, we found ourselves rolling through Dayton with a destroyed radiator. Thankfully we made it to Dayton Auto Repair where Nick told us it would be a few days before they could get the part but that theyd be able to fix our truck. Unfortunately we were 4 hours from home with a trailer full of rafts, work scheduled for the next day and not a lot of options. Nick LOANED US HIS TRUCK so that we could get our trailer/gear home and get to work the following day! They also did a great job repairing our truck which we returned to pick up the following week. Dayton Auto Repair fixed our truck and restored our faith in humanity. Well be paying that one forward. Thank you Nick and Dayton Auto Repair team!

They stayed open for me to bring my Promaster in for electronic E-brake issues during a trip. This is unheard of now from businesses, so I more than appreciate the goodwill from them. Highly recommend giving them your business.

TazarZero: Took my car in to find an oil leak. They found it to be the oil cooler. Ok, great, replace the oil cooler and reseal the oil pan while youre there. They said, ok, but the head gasket has also failed. We are weary of working on an engine that doesnt have long for this world. I said it is noted, but dont worry about it right now, just seal the oil leaks. They said ok, and did the job. I get the car back a few days later, and come to find that one of their incompetent techs left a shop towel in the oil pan and it killed the engine the rest of the way. They took responsibility for the fault and replaced the engine at no cost to me - good, thank you. However, the engine they put in also has its own problem - a rattle at start up. Not only were they not "able to track the noise that was being made", they didnt bother to hook up a scan tool which would have told them exactly what was causing it. I know this because thats what I did with my own tool. So I showed them my findings and asked to have it fixed under the new engines warranty. Their short answer; I was denied. The long answer; they cant source an intake cam sprocket (the cause of the noise), so they wanted to consult with their engine supplier to see if they can take the WHOLE ENGINE back out for replacement, and said they would call me later with an answer.....I have yet to receive a call. So, they broke my original engine, replaced it with another broken engine, and still want to charge me more money to fix it when its still under warranty. Their business model is a joke now. Didnt used to be this way - Ive taken several cars to them in the past with satisfactory results, so thats why I went to them recently. Lesson learned.

Nina Shaw: I had an incredible experience here at MR Auto, I came in to get some dash work lights taken care of and to get a check over of my new used car to make sure there wasnt anything amiss and the mechanic was a really nice guy who talked me through what he was doing, why the lights were going off and how to fix it. He then adjusted my headlights and did the same thorough process on helping understand what was wrong with them, what needed to be done and then he didnt charge me for all the help he gave me! I will be taking all my cars to him, it was a great experience customer wise and he seems like a really good person in other aspects as well. Thank you MR Auto

They are fast, have reasonable prices, and I never have to worry that theyre upselling me. In fact, over the years they told me more than once that I didnt actually need something I had come in for and ended up saving me a ton of money. Thats pretty much unheard of in this industry, but at Acur-It I know they are always acting with integrity. Would give them 20 stars if I could, just an excellent place to deal with.

One of the techs damaged the handle on the driver side door and they already had the part looked up and ready to order with their upmost apologies. It’s one thing to have an incident but to already have the fix in place as well as owning up to it when I arrived, that’s customer service. Will be returning
