They botched up a tooth extraction, after 4 days found that had been broken off in the extraction process. They went back into remove the roots on the 4th day. From start to finish, I was never treated with any concern for my care. The Dr.s never once had a real conversation with me about the process. After a full week of unrelenting pain I went to another dentist and paid cash and walked out almost pain free. I am still in shock at how the kind of care I received at Arbor Dental can even happen. From the front desk gal being overwhelmed by too many duties to the dentists who dont talk to you to the financial gal who has to go over your treatment plan with you... so many things wrong with this office. DO NOT GO HERE!
Happy Kids Dentistry & Orthodontics - longview - Longview Stephanie Mars: Lilly, the dental assistant, from the Longview office, is amazing! This woman deserves a raise and then some. She not only entertained my daughter, but me as well! Im used to just sitting in the chair quietly as my daughter gets her teeth cleaned, but not this time! The conversation was pleasant and fun! Definitely my favorite!

Longview Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery - Longview Sue OBryan: Dr. Chodroff and staff are the best. Professional, courteous, efficient. I had by far the best experience of my life with two extractions (implants to come). I was in dire need due to a bad infection. The platelet rich plasma and anesthesia left me with zero pan, bleeding or swelling. I haven’t had to take any pain meds at all. I really appreciate the personalized follow up too. Excellent, first rate care.
