5 /5 John Crossen: This is another delightful review to share. Ray and the folks at East Vancouver think of everything, including presenting ideas to save me money on service. In this latest service for oil change, headlight problems were identified, explained and fixed. A brake problem was identified that was left over from a tire repair done by a prominent tire dealer. So, I was able to go back to that dealer and have it fixed for free. Working with Ray for years has been a relief compared to other shops.

5 /5 Mark Moors: East Vancouver automotive, is a great shop. We were recommended by a neighbor and have been totally satisfied with the quality of their service and prices. We’re actually stopping there tomorrow with my 97 Dodge 2500. We hade new tires and wheels put on but the tires shop couldn’t Align it. I’m sure if they can’t do so they’ll order the parts or send us to someone who can. Then I’ll go next door and have it detailed. And next doouand have a great taco truck meal and beer. I give them 5 stars for Jeremy and his team of employees.

Brandon Fransik: Faazan was very informative when I asked him to help me pick tires (settled on Blizzaks - the best winter tire from personal experience) for my GX470, and he weighed other options with me and had suggestions. Tires installed yesterday, rear brakes, and wipers. He got it all done right and was timely, and also was very communicative throughout the whole process! Loved the service and fair pricing. CrazyApfel: I found myself suddenly in need of an emergency mechanic – here I am, out of town in Portland, OR, and my oil pan is busted. If only someone could come right here, on Memorial Day weekend, and fix it for me so I can go home(yeah right)! He contacted me back, and said he could help. Not only that, but he comes to where you are(no need to have it towed to a shop)! It wasnt an easy fix, but Rick uses all means at his disposal. When it seemed he wasnt going to be able to fix it over the weekend, he prepared to tow it for us. Then, with it on the tow dolly he realized what he could do differently, and fixed it. Theres still a couple things I need my mechanic to do for it to be completely repaired, but Rick & his team took care of me & my son, did locate a new oil pan, put it on, and got it running. I was able to drive it over 200 miles home instead of having it towed. An experience for my son, and my wife and I are very grateful! Rick is an amazing person, keeping his word, and his way is to think of a way to get it done, and do it. If youve ever had a mechanic friend help you by working on your car, its like that. He drove us to a hotel when we had to stay a night, and he is intentional to be affordable. A man with integrity, and he applies that to his business. If you are on the road in NW Oregon or SW Washington state and have vehicle troubles, give Rick a call!

Keri Bushaw: I wouldnt give this place any stars if I could. Took my sons car there and they did fix the heater by manually flipping the switch. They told me they put new cables in and they couldnt figure it out. Then proceeded to charge me $350 and told me to bring it back in the spring so they could switch it back again manually. I told the guy if he couldnt fix it for under $1,800 then I didnt want it fixed. He even told me how much the part cost. Turns out I take it to a different shop and they said they dont think they even replaced the cables just zip tied The old cable to the instrument panel. I am out $350, which is not easy to come by for me. So I want to ask them how does it feel to scam somebody on disability? The worst part is they know I have brain cancer.
