3 /5 S M: Dr. Mohammed was phenomenal! His dedication, attention to detail, and the time he took to ensure my dental issues were fully addressed really stood out. I highly recommend him for his professionalism and care. However, the pricing at the clinic was extremely high—even with dental insurance. (To be fair, pricing is set by the corporation and not by the doctor himself.) The receptionist also made it clear that it was all about the money—she was solely focused on collecting payment in full upfront, which added to the uncomfortable feeling that the clinic takes advantage of ‘emergency’ situations.

1 /5 Christa Lillard: I would give a zero star review if I could. I have been scheduled for 3 days with severe dental pain. I get called at 8:20pm the night before telling me the Assistant called in for tomorrow. They told me they cannot have any patients without an assistant. You seriously have 1 assistant in an emergency dental clinic???? She said yep, we only have 1. If this is how you run your practice I will go else where. I have already been in severe pain for 4 days whats another 2 or 3 for a quality, patient based clinic. Ill take my insurance and my $ to a clinic with better business practices.

5 /5 Kathy Pearson: I ‐ Danissa Pearson - am the one who went in, I was extremely pleased with them. It ended up being for an emergency root canal. They were literally the only ones open on Sunday, we called in around 10am and they got us in for an appointment at 11am. We got there and everyone was immediately very friendly. I have autism and 3 different forms of extreme anxiety, all they knew was that I had some anxiety. The Dentest and Dental Assistent were amazing, they did everything they could to keep me comfortable and calm - despite not having nitrous - and they checked in with me frequently. There were a few times where I started to feel pain and they had no qualms in giving me more of the numbing shots. The Dentist was extremely thorough and - when I opted to wait for a permanent crown ($1,000 more) he told me at the end that with what he did I shouldnt need one! I am very happy with my experience and very thankful for their kindness. I would definitely come back if I needed to! They were amazing!

1 /5 Brian Longthorpe: Warning - This dental office is a scam. I was referred by my dentist Icon dental. I’m no longer use this dentist because of this experience. 1) The dental assistant didn’t wear gloves when she took the dentistry tools out from cleaning. I said some to her. She stated her hands were clean. 2) The dentist chair over head light. Had a crack in it and was taped to together. Place was out is very out to date. 3) The procedure I was having was root canals. The dentist skill level wasn’t there. He should have done more testing before starting the procedure, felt my jawbone and notice that it was swollen do to an infection. He insisted on proceeding, He used 11 veils of numbing and shoot me with a needle 75 times. He couldn’t get me numb. 4) Top of that I paid $1052.00 out of pocket before the procedure even started. They came up with some story someone ran out on them. It a case by case bases. They have all my personal information- the last thing I want is go collecting. 5) I have been waiting over 60 days for a refund. Still waiting- their answering service is the worsted. I had to call back 6 times to final get them to let me have the number to front desk. Stay away- I learned from my mistake. All staff very unprofessional

5 /5 Brandie Morrison: I called at 10 am to see if we could get my daughter in for an emergency appointment. Yes. The person who answered the phone was lovely and helpful. I scheduled with ease for 12:30 the same day on a Saturday. We filled out some standard forms through a link they texted us and showed up at 12:30. We had a few minutes wait which I would expect given the nature of an emergency dental clinic. She got the treatment she needed at the appointment. Everyone was extremely kind, helpful, reassuring and professional. They were upfront and clear on the cost of the procedures and gave us excellent aftercare instructions, etc. I am so glad we called and chose this clinic to be seen at. Thank you!
