5 /5 Rob Palmer: This place was by far the best dental experience I’ve ever had. I honestly can’t say enough good things about them. From the last minute help, the receptionist guy who helped with everything or the oral surgeon that helped me alleviate some serious pain. He was probably the most gentle and effective dentist I’ve ever met. I would follow him to whatever office he worked at.

5 /5 Taylor Bennett-French: Best dentist Ive ever been to. Had a tooth extraction, relatively cheap without insurance and made me as comfortable as possible. They got me in quick and got me out quick. Pain was bad but they numbed me good.

1 /5 Aurelia: I was here to get dental work, and they agreed my insurance was fine, but then they wanted to sign an agreement that said that I agreed that they would not accept my insurance. When I questioned this, they angrily said (including cursing me out) that I "should just sign the form like a normal person" and that it was "not worth it". I think I understand what was going on now, but the person was so amazingly rude and unprofessional that I couldnt in good conscience trust him to do any work on my in the state of extreme vulnerability that dental work entails. Just a VERY rude person who has absolutely no business seeing patients. Update: they confirmed that they wouldnt charge me for the visit but didnt put it in writing. If they do charge me I will see them in small claims court -- they had a very confusing "finance" acknowledgment that said they would charge 7.5% interest a month for any outstanding balance.

1 /5 Guiles Cratty: This place is obviously some kind of a scam, or are just incompetent dentists. My girlfriend went here for agonizing tooth pain and they lied to her and told her they saw "nothing visibly wrong", even after prefacing she had been warned by another dentist that she "may need a root canal", yet responded in an entirely dismissive manner. So we go to ANOTHER dentist, as her pain persists and they inform her that her entire root is dead and infected and she needs antibiotics and a root canal. So once again, I iterate that this place is either a scam or violently incompetent. Truly disgusting how often this happens in the dental field.

5 /5 the BIG GRIMY: Let me preface this with, I have a crippling fear of the dentist. I HATE them, not personally tho. Lol. I expressed my fear and was IMMEDIATELY put at ease. They were literally focused on making me comfortable. The dental assistant, Isaiah, super mellow and reassuring. The dentist was super gentle, as much as he could be with an extraction. They focus on the problem at hand and dont try to pester you for follow ups. The location in Vancouver is the one I went to. Amazingly caring bunch.
