Most recently, we asked them to complete a specific service as recommended by our Honda CRV maintenance system. First, they told us the tire rotation portion had already been done recently so they wouldn’t need to do that again (saved us some money.) they always provide a helpful red, yellow, green checklist report and I appreciated them helping prioritize the items and ultimately suggest the 2 most critical to repair and another (more expensive) that we could probably wait to the next service to get. I appreciated the thoroughness and empathy they showed. Will continue to use them for all our auto care needs

Despite the heat and the unexpected nature of the situation, Matt and Pops took the time to not just help me replace the popped tire with my spare, but patched the holes that caused the issue in the first place! It is such an encouraging experience to know that the local auto shop is not only the place with the comedic signs, but also a place with great character.
