5 /5 salena dickerson: It was an overall great experience. They finished the work quickly. Upon picking my car up I noticed it didnt sound quite right at higher rates of speed. They took it back, figured out the problem quickly and I had it back in less than 24 hours and it looks and sounds great. I would definitely come back if needed. The front desk lady was also super sweet! When the rental car company was taking longer than expected to drop off the car she called a couple times without me having to ask because she knew I needed to get back to work! Thank you!!!

5 /5 Jackson Chanthasom: Someone side swiped my dad’s car and took off. Carstar was one of the places that works with our insurance (American Family). The staff was friendly and Dave was helpful and was great at communicating and keeping me updated through the entire time they were working on the car. Hope to never have to get body repair again but it’s nice to know there’s a reliable shop around.

Dave kept me up to date each step of the way by texting me updates on my car and letting me know when it would be finished. I appreciated their attention to detail and great customer service.
