1 /5 Holly Chilinski: So they lady cut my toe, grumbled at me that it was my fault because of how I cut my toe nails, had to be told to stop hurting my other foot. I am still dealing with the infection days later. I really needed to treat myself to something nice, I got the opposite.

1 /5 BPresentBGood BSuccessful!: I went today and liked this place until my polish got all bubbly. Lady said I turned on the fan too soon. I said I didn’t turn on the fan the lady who did my nails did. They didn’t offer re-paint. When I got home I noticed more have bubbled so I called. They said I have to go back today or they will not re-do. I said I just got home, way up on South Hill and that they should have re-done when I was there. They said too bad. I said I’ll give you the review you deserve then. I guess they don’t gaf if customers are happy. Booo! Don’t waste money here!

5 /5 Queen Perez: I freaking love this place go during the week because the weekends are super crowded and super busy but go during the weekday and it should be okay. Prices are reasonable. Ladies are nice! I cant say enough amazing things about this nail salon its the only one I go to thay know me by name LOVE THEM!!

I had to ask them to do a soak of And they were like oh we don’t usually do that because it takes too long And the entire time we’re there it sounded like there was a club going on downstairs. I just wanted my nails removed now. I am in extreme pain.

Michelle Retherford: I walked in to get my gel/acrylics off my nails. I asked for a a manicure because I knew my nails would need it. It took over an hour to remove the fillers. She was very rough with my hands and ground my cuticles pretty bad. She kept saying relax and got rougher and more annoyed at me. She got up after they were done and the other lady said she wants a manicure. I ended up leaving without my manicure. The positive thing is, it only cost $20 to get the gel/acrylics off. Unfortunately I would not recommend them. ☹️

I also have a nail glue allergy, so Mariah accommodated this and was willing to explain every part of the process to me to make sure nothing was going to cause me any problems. I can’t wait to see what the next set she does for me looks like. She is easily a 5-star tech!

I had an 85 minute massage that was PURE BLISS. Kathryn’s magical technique, was relaxing, therapeutic, and rejuvenating. Everything about her and her professionalism was top notch. Do yourself a favor and book a massage with her. I promise you wont regret it. The reasonable prices were icing on the cake and make its very easy to give the generous tip that she deserves!

Definitely won’t be back lesson learned if you want your nails done go to someone that does nails for all sorts of ages, not just seniors in my perspective. It looked like my nails were meant to be on someone’s grandma‘s hands due to how than they were, the art was nice, but Will not be going back to that salon there’s a first time for everything. I honestly felt like I was being scammed The set she did did not look like I wanted it to it. Look like somebody was rushed and forgot to do things I’ve Never had to say that that’s enough The Apex is completely off. I’ve never seen nails super thin and easily to break. I’ve been getting my nails done since the age of 15 and there’s no way I would pay $60 for a full set. That’s not even cute. It looks like it could be somebody else’s hands and not mine I won’t be going back.
