Pleasantly surprised that appt. took under 20 minutes with scans instead of the old style impressions made directly on your teeth that I have previously experienced. Staff went out of their way to make sure I could get next appt. early enough to have the night guard prior to a long-planned trip. Very Much Appreciate. Everyone there has been wonderful so far and I am a pretty new patient.

Britt: Never answer the phone have to call 5 times minimum and they dont respond to voice-mails. Their computers are down and Ive waited 20 minutes even though I showed up when their employees did for the day. I work nights and its really inconvenient that they woke me up yesterday with a phone call to confirm my appointment today at 730am just for then to not be ready for me. I just needed a cleaning I dont understand why you need the computers. Go old school and take a note and enter info later. The only reason why this isnt a 1 star rating is because Dr. Doyle is absolutely amazing and worth tolerating these things for.

She is empathetic and listens to our concerns. Melissa, our hygienist is outstanding. She is gentle and thorough and makes the process of a cleaning and X-rays as comfortable as possible. Her humor and conversation help the time pass quickly and she provides excellent instructions on self care. Chiffon and Vivian in the front take care of all the administrative stuff from scheduling to billing and are always cheerful and friendly. They always make sure were notified of any changes and send us friendly reminders of upcoming appointments. They are amazing.
