5 /5 Raevyn Kennedy: First time visit, it went great. Had a pap smear and she made sure I was comfortable the entire way through. She was very thorough with everything, gladly answered all of the questions I had, took her time explaining things to me and was able to get me a referral as well. She really does care about her patients and does not look at people as dollar signs or statistics like some doctors do. I felt very comfortable with her. Great person, great doctor, definitely would recommend her.

5 /5 Sherri Ellegaard: One of the most amazing Doctors I have ever met. Not only as a professional but as a person. I had already chosen a pediatrician before having my daughter but Dr. Constantin was on call at the hospital at the time. After meeting her and seeing the outright love she poured on my newborn, I immediately said, "She is the one for my child!". She was also there for my second child and later became my personal Doctor. Dr. Constantin literally taught me how to be a mother and kept me calm when my kids were sick. She takes time with you, doesnt rush, and listens to everything that is going on with you. Just an amazing Lady!

Shannon Berry: I’ve been a patient here for about 6 years now. I would say overall, my experience has been good. My PCP retired earlier this year. I called about a month ago to set an appointment to get established with a new PCP, and was told the soonest I could get in for an apt was 3 months later, which is insane. But then to top it off, now a month later, I get a call saying that the doctor wont be in that day, and the soonest next available apt is more than a month later than the original scheduled apt. I asked the scheduler, if there would be anyone who would be able to assist me with prescription refills in the meantime, as I need to be seen every three months. I was told I could see any of the fill in doctors for that. So I schedule an appointment to see the next available doctor to simply fill a prescription. The next availability for just that is 2 months out! This is insane. I don’t know what is going on, but I have never experienced issues like this getting in to see a doctor here. Are they down multiple providers? What happens if I get sick and need to see a doctor? Should I just anticipate that I will need to visit an urgent care rather than my actual doctor’s office? Should I start looking for an entirely new doctor’s office for care? Im disappointed, and this situation doesn’t sit well with me at all.

Emerald Marie: Everyone I spoke to and saw for my routine prenatal appointment was nothing short of exceptional. I saw Dr. Weed, the front desk staff was helpful and accommodating, my nurse was incredible, the ultrasound tech that came before my doctor was so nice. Each person listed to me, and took into consideration my concerns, addressed them and made me feel secure. After my appointment I had some lab work done and even the technician listened to me. This is huge for me because I have veins that hide and every time I have to have lab work I dread it as I end up poked, dizzy and on the verge of passing out. This process was so simple and I walked out of there as soon as it was over. This is not an understatement when I say I have never experienced that. Thank you to everyone!

More importantly the staff were so kind and helpful. Such a peaceful and picturesque place. I can’t wait to go again, just kidding. I do recommend this location in spite of our daily news about the area at night. Thumbs up from me Virginia Mason Federal Way Medical Center!!!

Richard Lee: First of all, I dont like staffs. They dont smile much and give me a feeling of discomfort. They treat the patients too coldly. The doctor comes into the room to see the patient and tries to leave quickly. I dont recommend this clinic

Aeng: I rarely leave reviews but the experience with Dr. Yun was not good. Yes, he actually misdiagnosed my family member. If properly diagnosed, my family member would have been able to avoid the current severe level of pain according to our primary care doctor. However, this review is less about the misagnosis and more about his attitude during the appt that eventually led to the misdiagnosis. He was sadly not interested in hearing the patient out and was quick to make his diagnosis, after which, he was not interested in listening to anything else the patient had to share. Our primary care doctor only took minutes upon carefully listening to everything shared before she quickly ruled out Dr. Yuns diagnosis.

Moriah Dickerhoof: I’m normally really nervous going into emergency rooms and worried about having to wait a long time but I was taken care of so quickly! Everyone was so nice, helpful and super thorough when explaining the details of my procedure with me. I was kinda nervous but the nurses and doctors taking care of me were really reassuring and helped put my mind at ease. Definitely would recommend and will probably continue going here in the future if/when I need a solid ER to go to. I’ve seen a lot of really poorly rated ER’s here in Seattle so I’m happy I chose this one.
