Sheila Thomas: What I really appreciated about Lee was that he took his time and gave every part of the experience the personal touch. So many times I have felt rushed at The Barbers or hairdressers, but not with Lee. You get his full attention and hell ask you what you want every step of the way. My fade looks great!
Update: score reduced from 5 to 4 stars because on closer inspection there were some asymmetries and a small missed spot with my fade. Overall great experience.
Cezlie Campo: I am not one to bash someone’s business on the internet, however, I believe the reviews were misleading and we 100% regret going to this barbershop. The second picture shows the approximate length of my fiancé’s hair (it had probably grown a few inches since this picture). The first picture is the picture shown to the stylist. He needed a trim and a shape up to his layers and unfortunately what he came back with was the last 3 pictures. At least 4 inches was removed from the length, if not more. The length is hair in now almost to his ear lobes when he asked for it to remain at his shoulders. I would not normally be so upset but we are getting married in 3 months and so much length was taken off that I do not think he will have time to grow it back. We were going to take engagement pictures next month and unfortunately that will not be happening. Besides the excessive length removal, the ends are choppy, there are chunks missing out of the ends, and it is un even. I have never been so disappointed in a barbershop before. I understand not every barber has the skill set to cut longer hair, however, there should have been more transparency about that or at the very least more communication with the client throughout the process and before chopping off several inches. I do not recommend going here if you have medium length hair.
Ealom Munoz: Ive been coming to The Man Cave for almost a decade now, and every single time Ive left with an amazing haircut. The atmosphere is cozy and friendly and Chris is a fantastic guy. I would recommend this joint to anyone looking for a quality haircut and a great experience
K C: Kennedi does a great pedicure! Not only did she use single use sanitary bags (which I am so grateful for as you never know when the last time/how well they were cleaned), but she took time on my toes and ensured the service was pain free. I cant tell you how many times Ive been cut or filed raw at a typical walk-in nail salon, so I really appreciated being able to actually relax.
Her products were house made with quality and organic ingredients, so I didnt have to worry about what kind of toxic chemicals my skin could be soaking in. I also did not have any irritation afterward, which my sensitive skin is often prone to.
If youre over the typical in and out rushed experience, this is a great place for you to try.
