5 /5 Kirk Cadenhead: This experience was great. I brought my car in for a minor repair and Sarah was awesome. She ordered the part that was needed and it arrived in two days. The work took less than an hour to install. I would highly recommend this body shop. Its just too bad that I can only give 5 stars. They definitely deserve more.

5 /5 Connie Cox: Folks at Freds Carstar are the best. Although my car was totalled the office staff were extremely helpful. Explained how things worked when my insurance company would not respond to my calls. Cant say how the mechanical part of the business is but if they are as good as their office staff you cant go wrong with them. Highly recommend them.

Dropped my car off and they took care of everything, including communications with my insurance company. It was been done a week early. When I came to get it, it looked amazing and was detailed inside and out. Would highly recommend

5 /5 Dwight Karlsen: After I was in an at fault fender bender on I-5 south, my car was banged up but very drivable, so I took it to Car Stars in Hoquiam and Sarah did a great job sourcing the parts, and the techs very skillfully matched the new paint to existing 10 year old paint. I opted to forgo renting a car and stock up on groceries in advance, so after getting on their busy schedule I brought my car in on the arranged date and was only without my car 5 days. In on Monday out on Friday.
