3 /5 Twila Boyd: The stylists at this shop were very nice. Did a good job. But there is no way on planet earth that a cut and partial foil (to include tips) should be almost $500. The shampoo chairs were like being guillotined. There are chairs on the market that are comfortable. Almost zero aesthetics. For a $500 experience. I want to sit in a fluffy chair with someone offering a neck massage, a loop of serene nature videos on tv , magazines etc. I was left in an empty room, Uncomfortable chair. Nothing to read, nothing ….
while I waited 20 minutes for the next stylist to be ready. I felt I was being clowned by all of this. No slight on the stylists, they were good. If they had their own shops, I would go to them. The overall experience was not worth the ridiculous price
