Great Clips - chehalis - Chehalis (WA)

1 /5 KurtnDenise Dutton: We went to chehalis after Centralia wasnt open. My 11 yr old for right in but we are very not happy about his haircut. He got done they called other people which I understand if they did online but for people who came in after as walk in. I felt like they really didnt want to cut my 5 yr old hair. The lady who did his hair did great he very happy with it. It wasnt really a inviting environment and we will never be going back ever.

1 /5 Sleepnir óðr: I’ve given this place more than a few chances. I decided to use the check in ap as they always ask me to do. Checked in while still at work which is within 2 minutes of the place. Got notification that I would be up next in 6 minutes. Checked the AP and it showed me first in line. Drove immediately over, and walked in. Let them know I had checked in online, and they put me at the end of the line. Waited about 8 minutes and waited to see if they would call me up next. Nope, they called the next person online. Not sure what the point of having the check in app is, if you still have to wait in line when you get there. I’ll go to a locally owned shop instead. The price means nothing vs the inconvenience.

2 /5 Dylan Workman: I used to enjoy going here Put in the past few years going here has only led to a bad haircut. Whether its a stylist that hurries through her job, or someone that doesnt understand what I want. Today was the first reason, the girl that did my haircut went way too fast, what normally takes 20-30 minutes only took 15 this time, and I could tell she just wanted to get the job done and get me out of their. They told me what I had last time, and I was the fool who said "sure"

5 /5 Sabrina Williams: Didnt get her name but our stylist was awesome. nephew said he would rate her a ten if we could. She was only one of two stylists working other 4 had called out. went in at end of day and she was so friendly even after having such a long day. I will definitely be back to have mine done.

1 /5 Josie G: My hair was chin level. At 74 years old, I needed a new do. By the luck of the draw, I got the woman with the long blond hair. Never have I had such a horrible cut! I could have done a better butcher job on my hair myself. The back is longer. I am mortified that a stylist would think this was acceptable! I only wished I had known how bad it was before I left this establishment. NEVER again!!!!
