1 /5 Reva Rebel: Great Clips used to be really good about haircuts now they have people that don’t know what they’re doing and all they do is ruin your hair and chop up your hair. They don’t listen and they’re not experienced enough. Will never go there again went twice and they messed up twice, they’re doing a horrible job. The people that are being hired to be more qualified to be loyal customer from Moses Lake Washington, but not anymore.

5 /5 Jessica Jewell: Ive had good and bad experiences at this location. I will refer to my two girls though and express how great and special each of their first haircuts were. The women were patient and kind and gave them both a new look that they loved.

1 /5 TickittyTock49: I went in there yesterday morning for a haircut cut and beard trim, it’s usually a good experience. The barber butchered one side of my beard and left the other long. When I asked her to fix it she did what she thought was good enough even though there was a noticeable difference. After the appointment It had been made clear by others that in fact the whole side my beard was longer then the other, kind of an embarrassing moment. I returned to Great Clips later that afternoon, spoke with a different barber that after I explained what happened she noticed the difference from what she could see. Go to get ready this morning and still the whole one side of my beard looks longer then the other. I will not be returning there for a beard trim. 3/10
