Great customer service. everyone I encountered treated me with respect. Took a star off because I could not find everything I was looking (supply on hand issue). Otherwise, great store.

I am absolutely delighted with my purchases and excited to return again. if you’re ever shopping around be sure to be lively and they will match the energy tenfold can’t wait for next time im able to come by! this is seriously one of the only beauty supplies in washington where I’ve always felt welcomed and truly helped. it’s worth the drive everytime and has the best selection and prices by far

5 /5 Kamilah Jackson: This is MY experience, consistently. I’ve been coming here for 10+ years and I always find what I need. Staff is friendly and helpful. My go to items are: braiding hair, edge control, styling tools, beads, bonnets, and periodically lashes (not glue), and lip gloss. I haven’t gotten human braiding here from here (boho isn’t my thing) but everything else I’ve mentioned is great. 1 of 2 of the beauty stores I go to, and I highly recommend.

3 /5 K Ard: 1st time I would have to say I was a bit disappointed. I am 7yrs customer. I literally have to drive 45mins to a hr to get to this beauty supply store. Only because we live in a city that doesnt have this particular store. We are a military family so the area we Live in is bare. Especially for African American products. Nevertheless the store is great. My post is to warn people do not purchase these brand hair barrettes. They was a $1.59 I brought 2. They shook it off like hey its just 1.59. BUT THATS MY 1.59!!! ANYWHO NEVER USED THEM .
