1 /5 Mars DeArman: This has been the most horrific experience of my entire life. Bethany ruined my healthy, beautiful hair and this damage will take over a year to recover. I came in for a perm and Bethany acted confident in what she was doing so I booked the appointment with her. I came out of the salon with damaged, stringy hair that was not curly. I thought maybe I have to wait so I waited an entire day but realized very quickly something was wrong. I came back for her to “fix” it thinking the least she can do is repair the damaged she has done. She told me she will give me a “baby trim” to help cut off some of the damage. She took nearly 3 inches off as you can see in the photos. My hair is not only damaged now from her incompetence to know how to do a proper perm, it is now chopped up as if a toddler ran through it with a pair of scissors. To make things worse not once did she say sorry. She tried to blame it on me and make it seem like she did her job. She kept trying to convince me that she indeed “gave me curls”. Please do not go to Bethany. I would not wish what she did to me upon my worst enemy.
