I hate to write bad reviews but please just go spend a little extra on a haircut. I got my hair trimmed today, I walked in and asked if they had time and the lady took me right back which I thought was nice. She only look at my hair for a second then spent a minute or less washing my hair which has never happened in my experience. I asked for a trim with face framing and no layers because I look awful with them. She seemed very very rushed the whole time she was cutting my hair and used a technique I’ve only see people do when they are cutting huge layers, as she was doing it she said I would have a very very light layer which I didn’t think much of. After about 15 mins a lady walked in and she said I’m just finishing up a haircut and we’ll start, I thought it was kind of odd since my hair was still wet. She ended up taking 25 mins or less on my hair from start to finish. I would have loved to have had my hair styled but I was never given the option, I just thought that was standard to at least get a blow dry (I could be wrong, but again I was never asked). After my hair dried I realized that I had layers only on one side of my head starting at my chin. I’m terribly upset about this, my 30th birthday is in a month and I won’t even be able to curl my hair for it. I just wished that the stylist would have told me she really didn’t have time to do my hair I would have gladly came back at a different time.. Please don’t do this to anyone else, we all deserve to have the proper amount of time taken on our hair. It will take me a long time to grow back what was cut.
