5 /5 Jeannie Figueroa: I have very thin greying hair. It was very long. I went in with the idea of a cut I had years ago. Samantha was amazing! First off I am partially blind and without knowing that she explain everything before she did it from beginning to end. She pulled out her own phone and found the cut best for my hair type and the cut I ultimately picked. She explained pricing for her suggestions(instead of you cashing out and paying extras. Conversation was involving and not one sided. She is so pleasant that I talked about a tragedy in my life and felt she heard me. The salon is very clean she sanitized ever area we used when we were done. I really like this place and will be returning. Best 5 star customer service in six years at a salon. Thank You Samantha

3 /5 Jessica: I had to cut a clip out of my hair and was missing a chunk from the front. I was able to get in for a cut right away, which was great. Both women working were friendly and professional. I showed a pic of what I was thinking of doing to the young woman who was going to cut my hair. She was very unsure and waited to get the opinion of her coworker. The coworker said I didnt need to go that short. They could take an inch off and then layer it to blend it in. Ok, great. Not what happened. The girl cutting looked totally unsure about what she was doing and kept asking what I thought, hows that look. She could tell I wasnt happy and kept trying to fix it, which just made it worse. I finally said it was fine so I could leave. Please dont cut someones hair if you are unsure of what youre doing.

5 /5 sandra petrich: Had my first haircut here today after moving 8 mos ago from Portland and a stylist I love there. Samantha was Stylist at HM who cut my hair today. I love my cut! She clearly is very experienced (especially with curly hair like mine). I could tell right away she knows what I wanted and how to cut it. I’ve been putting off getting my haircut out of concerns I wouldn’t find anyone near our new home that I could trust as much as my former long term stylist. I feel really great about finding Samantha! Also great customer service, timely, and able to multitask the flow of clients, etc at the nearby front counter without ever making me feel she was distracted or not focused on my cut. Highly recommend her.
