1 /5 Cheryl Butler: Made an appointment because I was going out of town for an important meeting. The appointment was with Jess who is supposed to be a district leader?? One hour before my appointment and with no time to go anywhere else now, they say Jess called out and there is nobody else that can do my hair when I saw multiple available times on the online scheduling. If I had been informed in a reasonable amount of time, maybe I could have made other plans. Extremely, extremely unprofessional and just dismissive. Horrible business. Customer service is dead in this place. Also just got a confirmation text of my appointment. Horrible!!
