1 /5 Alexus Mauldin: This was literally one of the worst experiences I have had at a nail salon. And I would like to point out I was the only customer in there when all of this happened! Until later on when 1 person came in. They made me bleed because she didnt push down the side of my finger when filing TWICE, tried to convince me not to do the design I wanted on my toes for like 10 minutes, then tried to throw money in my face saying "your nails are already costing this much are you sure you want to spend this extra amount for this design? It will be $81" I told them yes i want it. So basically they just didnt want to do it. Then I told them I still wanted the metallic on my finger nails after asking me 3 times and they didnt put that, I told them I wanted a manicure and pedicure and they only gave me a pedicure, I paid $171 thinking I was getting both and apparently that was just for a pedicure and nails. I prepaid because I had to leave in the middle of it to get my kids. Which means I spent $90 on my nails alone WITHOUT A MANICURE when I told them I wanted a manicure and $81 for my feet. I asked after she was done with my nails did I not pay for a manicure earlier and she said no. So I just said ok and left.Then my daughter wanted two different color reds and the lady told her they are the same and to pick one and so she did. But my daughter didnt understand because she is 6 and thought she was still getting both colors so afterwards she was upset because the lady didnt do both. Same color or not if Im paying you and she wants 2 different color reds, give the kid 2 different color reds. The guy that did my other daughters nails got hair all in her nails or part of the brush was coming off in her nails when he was painting them. And he was the same one who did my pedicure and the only thing that felt good on that was the scrub because he didnt put any pressure on my legs or anything when he was giving me a pedicure. I will never go back here again.
