1 /5 Jeanny Jackson: My experience at a particular nail salon was extremely unsatisfactory. The technicians removal of my fake nails was not only painful but also performed with a lack of care. Their unprofessional behavior, including speaking in Vietnamese, was unappreciated. The owner, who provided my nail service, did not take the time necessary to ensure a satisfactory result. The work was unprofessional, heavy-handed, and lacking in quality. Despite my concerns regarding the unevenness of my nails, the issue remains unresolved. I am extremely dissatisfied with the service and strongly believe that the salon requires significant improvement.

1 /5 NyJarae Jackson: lemme tell yall, first when we got there it was all cool, i showed her the picture & she said she got it but as she started my nails she just started rushing, when it came to shaping n sizing she didn’t check to make she my nails where the same size she just sniped & moved on. my full set only took 45 minutes & then charged 80 & kinda forced a tip from us. 2 weeks later my toe nail polished was chipping & took my layers from my natural nail. i do NOT recommend here & hollywood nails.. COUNT YOUR DAYS

1 /5 Sonia Sohal: Regret coming to this place. It’s cheap and dirty, service is mediocre. They rush through you trying to get to the next person. I mean might as well throw my money in the trash. I went in for a fill and left with horrible looking nails. Not clean, sharp edges even after I asked to round them off, not buffed for a smooth finish and cuticles are left dusty. Older lady was rushing me, I didn’t even want to ask her to fix anything. I mean this should be the least they can do. At least make the nail look presentable. I could have said something, but when you’re flying out of your chair trying to get me out, I doubt you will make it better.

5 /5 veronica ramos: Great job like always fabulous pedi was so good older lady started young girl stepped in to help out took out my ingrown nail omg it was so painful wearing shoes didn’t even know I had that nail growing in my toe I’m so glad I went. Then Quinn did my nails exactly what I asked for is what I got I’m so thrilled.
