5 /5 Beau Garrett: Wow, these people are doing it right. Probably the warmest church community Ive ever experienced, and still keeping it true to the ancient faith. Not to mention the actual beauty of this place - totally unexpected in the midst of little Yakima. I make it a point to stop in every time Im in the area, which is not often enough. Just do yourself a favor and go, you will never be the same.

Juanita Giles: I must tell you I go to New Hope on Friday night and I want people to know that it is not neglected on purpose. They try very hard to improve the church but it is all done by the money that comes in. The pastor and his wife do their best. I love this little church and Im offended by people thinking that we dont care about it. When you are on limited funds you do what you can do if the money is not there what do you do. You do what you can. Pastor David gives us teaching from the Bible and you are hearing about GOD. That is the purpose of this Friday night. Some people would not even hear about Christ if it werent of New Hope. I pray some day it will be improved. Dont judge a book by its cover till you experience it.
