5 /5 Llordell (Llordell): Dr Hu was a very methodical and meticulous dentist, I wished I have known him before suffering at the hands of my previous dentists. No pain at all during anesthesia treatment, takes time so you don’t have to feel the pain of the liquid getting into your nerves. My dental implants crown were perfectly installed starting during the scan and he makes sure the gaps are perfect for the floss to pass through including, sterilizing the implants. Before I ask questions on the procedures, he’s already ahead of the process. This is my 4th implant, I wished he did them all. I highly recommend Dr Hu on any dental procedure.

1 /5 Noun K.: Crown fell off flossing and called three times in two consecutive days and left two messages with no reply. Cant be that busy. Poor customer service. Update: I did listen to your voice mail, how you think I got to leave a message twice? Another crown fell off few months ago and you said the same thing.

5 /5 Peter: This was my first time ever having teeth extracted, and I had four done in total—two wisdom teeth and two infected molars—along with a bone graft, the whole procedure last 1 and half hour. Dr. Hu was incredibly professional and made the whole experience surprisingly easy. The anesthesia was administered perfectly, and I didn’t feel any pain during the procedure. It turned out to be a very nice experience overall! I highly recommend this clinic to anyone in need of dental care.

5 /5 April Dixon: Im so happy I found this dentist office!! I had an infection and they were available for an emergency extraction on a Saturday. Even stayed late. You can tell that they really care about people. Dr. Hu makes every procedure comfortable and he is always kind. His assistant Jessie is such a gem. Thank you Hu Smiles!

5 /5 Michelle H: On a Sunday I woke up with a horrible tooth ache. After a quick google search I found a single emergency dentist open. Dr Hu was able to fit me in same day to take a look and offer help! I have nothing but positive things to say about the whole experience. He squeezed me in for a root canal within two days. They are kind, considerate and very easy to talk to about questions or concerns. Up front information about financial obligations, as well as talking with you face to face (not in the chair) about what the next steps can/should be really impressed me. I havent had a dental team so thoughtful. I highly suggest going to see Dr. Hu at Hu Smiles!
