From the moment I walked in, she made me feel so comfortable with her calm confidence and genuine care. After a quick chat about my skin, she thoughtfully adjusted the products to what would work best for me, and wow, did she get it right! The whole experience was incredibly relaxing, and I left feeling refreshed and glowing.
