1 /5 Mia: WORST EXPERIENCE. I just needed a quick trim of my bangs so against my better judgement, I found myself walking into this dreadful place. The place was empty which shouldve been my first clue but since it was a simple, quick trim, I decided to let the guy try. I explained: "just layered bangs an inch below my chin, please DONT cut the sides or change the length of the back since Im growing it out. He says :"OH U HAVE A LONG BOB". I said :"yes its an inverted bob, please dont alter the length, I just want a few pieces in front to be short for side bangs." He then corrects me and says: "OH WELL, ITS CALLED A LONG BOB." I was a little turned off, but then he grabs the sides and starts CUTTING FROM THE BACK OF THE HAIR WHICH I MENTIONED TWICE NOT TO DO! I stopped him and literally had to show him where to cut (for the 2nd time). He had horrible broken english and terrible attitude. The place was a complete mess and the scissors he was using was so dull and old that my hair was getting caught in it as he was cutting! I was appalled. After the cut I asked for a COMB to brush out the cut hairs. He point to a jar of disgusting BRUSHES with nasty hairs stuck in all of them. After I got home I looked at the ends of my bangs....HE LITERALLY BUTCHERED THEM. A 6 yr old couldve done better. Ive never actually taken this much time to write a bad review. I usually just chalk it up to a bad experience and never go back, but this place is a disaster in my opinion. In my opinion/experience, the guy should not be trusted with peoples hair. Unbelievable how this place stays open.
