5 /5 Tiffany Williams: Johari cares about the quality of her work. She takes her time and is thorough. No hair in sight ! She worked in small sections and the wax (Brazilian) was painless. Furthermore, the studio is clean, smells good, and is a vibe ! I feel confident in her knowledge and skills.

Thank you for making me feel comfortable and always being so flexible with your schedule. Her booking site is easy to use and I love the reminder text I receive the week of my appointment.

1 /5 Sovyda Tith: I never leave reviews but I feel like I had to for this business. I got my lashes done here and there are only about 15 fans on each side of my eyes (mind you there should be at least 50+). I mentioned right after the service that there were gaps, but she said there was nothing she could do. She did not offer to fix my lashes or tell me to come in the next day like she claims. She is not taking accountability for her work. I do not like being blamed for someone’s own work. I just wanted a few more fans on each side as I paid for volume but was not given volume. Here is a photo right after my appointment that I took when I got home and the owners reply. I am deeply disappointed as I’ve never had lashes that looked like this… such a waste of money. UPDATE: Business owner still has NEVER reached out to me to fix my lashes I would like to see proof of this because she’s lying & is still blaming me for picking my lashes instead of taking accountability for her work. Now she is blaming me for having my friends and family leave reviews which makes no sense who does that? I would never stoop to a level where I need to provide fake reviews that is so embarrassing. I would love for you as a business owner to see your faults and stop the lies. I have never dealt with a business owner like this. I wish you luck in your business venture, please learn how to deal with your clients better. I never asked for a refund, just wanted my eyelashes fixed do better please. 1 /5 Davy T: I never once left a review but I need to leave one for the first time because I don’t want it to happen to anyone else. I went to get my lash done and left with it looking choppy and half done. My lashes had gaps everywhere. The picture was taken right after the appointment. The lash tech did not care and wasn’t accommodating. She only gave me a time that works for her and I told her that I couldn’t do mornings and if there was a later time she said no. But when I checked online she had a later slot opened. Refer to picture. I responded to all her messages and she took two days to respond. She lied and that is not very professional. I went to a different lash tech to get it fixed and she said looks like you need a fill already. I was embarrassed. I did not touch my lashes at all. Who touches their lashes after getting them done at the appointment. Wouldn’t the lash tech say anything that’s an obvious lie. It’s so unprofessional for a business owner to lie than to apologize to the customer.
