1 /5 Simona Midrigan: The worst haircut and experience I’ve ever had. The lady who cut my hair did not say hi hello or anything. She was super rough, ripping my hair with the brush. Cut my bangs very short and very uneven. Did not ask me my preferences and seemed to just want me out of the chair rather than doing a good job. I’m not very picky because I know we’re human and hair grows but this was beyond my expectations of a bad haircut.

She raises the price according to her desire, depending on the person. - She does not have a good style in dealing with the customer. Im talking to her. She leaves me and goes and says: Im tired. I dont have time to talk." She asks me to go to another salon that speaks the same language as me. Its a very disgraceful approach and he has no respect. On the other hand, what do you think about this bad approach? The worst treatment ever. If all the salons were closed and only this salon remained, I wouldnt I come to them again.

1 /5 Dawn: Only come here if you are looking for “bad hair day” styles. This salon seems to be doing that on a daily: uneven cuts, not listening to the customer’s requests, rough, felt like I was being choked, and terrible service.

5 /5 Sumi N: It was my first time going to j&k hair salon, I was feeling happy by each customer service like hair cut and hair coloring really nice. Besides It was so clean and nice even the workers were kind and polite.
