5 /5 Lin B: I came in for a consultation yesterday after my permanent retainer decided to come off after 20 years. I havent been seen for Ortho since I was a teen and was expecting to be treated like a completely new pt (last time I was seen here, was when I got my braces off at 16!) Instead I was treated like a regular pt who just hasnt been seen in a while. I was really impressed with how much attention I was given and didnt feel like I was being rushed to get in/get out and collect payment or trying to be upsold into something I couldnt afford. Emma and Dr.Johnson are great. Both have been very clear with me about what my cost would be, honest, professional, and quick to reply to me if I had any questions after my visit. Loved this place as a kid and as far as I can tell nothing has changed. Still a great place to go for Ortho.

5 /5 Awake A: 3 family members of experience now with excellent customer service and RESULTS! Our daughter had a complicated case with stunning before and after photos. People stop her and compliment her smile regularly. They gave us a good family discount even after a long time between the kids and myself. Im currently on an invisalign plan. Never have we had a poor experience. The assistants hustle with a smile. We used another orthodontist prior and didnt have the same treatment or schedule availability. The results were not as good as Johnsonlink as well. Dont waste your time and money elsewhere. Its too important to wind up unhappy.
