3 /5 J C: Today was my first time at this shop. I had a manicure with gel polish. My initial opinion was that I was satisfied with how they looked. After leaving the shop and upon further examination I realized that they look like they have a weeks worth of grow out already. I then thought about my experience and remember that the cuticles werent pushed back. While they look fine, they wont last as long as they should for the cost of $45. The other issue I had is that I looked at the website before deciding on this shop. The website offers a 10% discount if you give your name and email address. I received an email with a link for the discount that said would be a 15% discount. Upon arrival I advised the technician that I had a discount, she said they can verify after the service, after the service I showed her me email, she and another tech said its invalid. Their website has been hacked and they showed me what their coupons should look like. I advised them that now my concern is that I followed a link offered thru their website, if there is an issue with being hacked, it should be addressed. I was advised to come back after my vacation and talk to the owner who is currently out of town.

5 /5 Angelina Albulov: I have been going to this place for a while and I was always happy with the services. The staff is nice and friendly, the atmosphere is nice, the salon is very clean and sanitized. I always come for acrylic set and I mainly go for natural looks. I was at the salon today 2/28 and asked for new acrylic set. Initially after the nails were completed I thought I liked the nails. I wasn’t sure if it was because of the lighting that I didn’t see it at first but when I got home and after having a closer look, I noticed the acrylics are so far away from cuticle . I believe that you should never see a gap when product is freshly applied. They look like how my nails look when they’re two weeks grown out. The acrylic should not have been applied this far away from the cuticle or at least that is not how I like it. The first two pictures are the what my nails looked like. UPDATE: I came in today and showed my receipt from the previous day to proof that I had my nails done the day before and that they were don’t quite properly they asked about my experience, apologized and kindly offered to get my nails fixed. Julie has fixed my nails and they turned out perfect. Exactly what I wanted and I am happy with the result. I appreciate that professionalism. Everyone makes mistakes but what matters is how they approach to get it fixed. I will be coming. The third photo is the fixed result.

5 /5 R: Everyone was super friendly and welcoming upon arrival. Danny did my nails and Im in love with the finished product. They came out even better than the inspo picture, I get compliments on them everywhere I go! Cant wait to come back again soon.

5 /5 Elang Kraisler: I asked for pink and purple nails with 3D flower and Danny did a perfect job. Everyone is very talented here and also got my eyelashes done here and they’re very strong.
