Melody Waggener: Never listens to me as a patient when I discuss what I want in my care plan. Staff is not knowledgeable or resourceful. I have been trying to get a simple service for 8months and every time I show up to my appointment they say “ oh that’s not what we have scheduled for you” and I just continue to waste my PTO. DO NOT RECOMMEND! Unless you like hassles and fake apologies.

Nguyen Lac Nhi: Dishonest and Deceptive Billing Practices: I strongly caution anyone considering this dental office. My family was misled about the cost of treatment—staff assured us it would be fully covered by insurance aside from a small copay. Based on that assurance, we went ahead with the procedure. We were shocked to receive an out of pocket bill for hundreds of dollars. The communication for the understanding of financial responsibility was executed poorly. Had we been better informed, we wouldve made a different decision.

Aimée Jordan: They dont do root canals or wisdom teeth extraction. If you need anything like that, go elsewhere because you will waste your time. Plus, they will take xrays until they find something to charge you extra for. Melissa, the hygienist was amazing and she is the best part of your horrible place. I also noticed that they only respond to good reviews. If you have anything negative to say, you are on your own. Dentists are so competitive these days. There are better ones out there who dont abide by predatory practices. I thought Id give them a try since my son had a good experience, but no thank you. When I had follow up questions for Dr. Xie, she magically disappeared into the abyss and was never seen again. What a terrible way of running a business. No wonder people have such anxiety over visiting the dentist.

Andrea Buskeness: They told me I needed to get my fillings replaced, even tho I had no issues going on with them. They said they were old and that it was necessary. Now I have SEVERE tooth sensitivity where the new fillings are. Its been months and has nit gotten any better. I had zero tooth sensitivity before. I will never go back to that place. Staff is nice tho and the appointment time you make is when you will be seen. NO waiting. So thats the only good part. Not good enough for me to trust them with my teeth ever again tho. Horrible results. I should have kept my old fillings. Anything I put in my mouth now has to be perfect temp. Nothing cold or hot at all. They ruined my teeth.
