1 /5 Naciye Mursel: I just went here and I wish I never did. The owner whenever she sees me coming she hides and asks someone else to do my eyebrows. The other lady that works there ruined my eyebrows:( and it was painful to tears. I do not recommend this plase to anyone please stay away.

1 /5 Ummer Shervani: My wife recently visited koobsurat and was disappointed with my experience. I felt that the staff could have been more attentive and professional. She did wax and was really upset with kid of service she received. Even the product they use is sub far. Produce they used cause severe irritation. We used to like it here and were fine with the service , new management/service person needs to be replaced. I hope that the salon will take this feedback into consideration and strive to provide a better experience for future customers.
